Kristy Snow serves as Director of Patient Outcomes at Bradenton Rehabilitation Hospital, where she leads quality improvement initiatives that enhance clinical outcomes, operational performance, and the patient experience. She partners with interdisciplinary teams to implement data-driven strategies that improve care delivery and support measurable results.

Kristy is passionate about advancing patient-centered care and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Kristy co-authored Enhancing Stroke Rehabilitation: A Quality Improvement Initiative, published in the January 2025 edition of the American Heart Association's Stroke journal.

She earned a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership from Galen University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rasmussen University, a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from West Virginia State University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Kentucky, and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University.
