Amy is an experienced nursing and healthcare quality leader with more than 25 years of clinical and operational experience across inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, hospice, ICU, and acute care settings. She brings extensive expertise in quality management, regulatory compliance, clinical documentation integrity, performance improvement, case management, and utilization management.
Throughout her career, Amy has led quality initiatives across multi-site healthcare organizations, supporting regulatory readiness, documentation compliance, and operational excellence. She has held leadership roles with organizations where she provided oversight for inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and skilled nursing facilities nationwide.
Amy has extensive experience preparing healthcare organizations for Joint Commission, CMS, and state regulatory surveys, while also driving measurable improvements in compliance, quality metrics, patient satisfaction, and documentation integrity. Her background includes leadership in NHSN/CDC reporting, root cause analysis, process improvement initiatives, and staff education across multidisciplinary teams.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University and her Associate Degree in Applied Science – Nursing from Owens Community College.
